In my opinion, Autumn Peltier is the best role model, because she is 19 and already doing so much for the world. She is transferring Canada's clean water all around the world. So let's read to find more about her. Now let's talk about the chief.
First, I think she is the coolest because she is the chief of the water commissioner in Anishinabek Nation. She was given the name when she was 14, And worked ever since she has helped the government to address the lack of clean water. She prays for the water in hopes that it will feel better. C’mon let's go see the movies and read a book. Next, she is in two movies. There are water walkers and boil alerts. And she is in a book named Water warrior. It is written by Carol Lindstrong. It is illustrated by Bridet George. Autumn Peltier is indigenous. According to the article Here’s how a young First Nations clean water activist is captivating global audiences, “she has spent nearly half her life speaking about the importance of clean water to organizations including the United Nations and the World Economic Forum.” Let's look at an organization.
Last but not least, She has an organization. It is called the Archives of women's Political communication. And her main quote is “water is in mother earth's blood”. According to the passage Superheroes for the Earth,” environmental activists use their voices, passion, and actions to make a difference”. She made a difference by raising awareness for the water and that is called being a water walker.
To wrap it up, Autumn Peltier is the most important role model in my opinion. After reading this text you should be as attached to her as I am. According to the text Superheroes for the Earth” by taking small actions every day you are helping make our world cleaner, greener.” So what are you going to do to help even though you may be small you can make a big difference.
